MEASURING DRESS:

1. Shoulder: Place the tape at the point on the bottom seam of the yoke where the yoke attaches to the sleeve. Measure straight across to the same point on the other side of the shirt.
2. Chest: Place the tape close under the armhole and measure from side seam to side seam.
3. Armhole: Measure from the highest point to the bottom point of the armhole.
4. Waist: Measure straight across from side to side at the narrowest point of the waist.
5. Hip: Place the tape approximately 7–9 inches below the natural waistline and measure from side to side at the hip line.

MEASURING YOUR SIZE:

1. Measure your chest: Stand up straight with your arms relaxed. Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Measure your waist: Stand in a relaxed, natural position and measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
3. Measure your hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear.
